We support the hospital board and the hospital pharmacy management with developing their strategic course.
We do this by sparring with the hospital pharmacy team, exploring new possibilities for cooperation, inquiring into out- in and co-sourcing, supervising the integration of the clinical and outpatient pharmacy, assessing business cases, optimising medication distribution systems and blueprinting new hospital pharmacy buildings.
The results of our actions are: a design of a new pharmacy organization, a market exploration of cooperation and outsourcing partners and a design of an optimised and integrated pharmacy.
The roles we fulfil are: program and project manager, expert, analyst, sparring partner and coach.
